About the Co-Leader

LoL, well we got only one Co-Leader - Staber

- He want Lazy
- He break Consolegaming Rules
- A Co-Leader should be a second Leader ( like i wish to have )

I just want a bit more Interests, to keep Forum activ, get the members for to be more on the Forum.

Why i made u Co-Leader?
Cause i trust u, and u have same job as me in the clan, means if a member dont listen to u if u tell him to Register on this Forum u may able to give him a warning about to get kicked of [EoP] or other stuff.

Know in [EoP] it aint working as it have to cause no one listen what i say, Co-Leader aswell!!

I feel like ignored sometimes cause lol why i keep this clan?? If no one listen.

So, please Staber - Co Leader u allowed to do everything in the clan + u allowed to get help of Captains what must listen to u!

Also me, aint doing my Leader job well, i know and i ll change stuffs for future games of course!
But it comes because i always feel like im the only one who is doing something for the clan.

Exept: SnEaKy_SkiLLz what gets Members in the clan, but thats still not the hole job of the Captain!

I am really sorry, but i dont really get it with that u mean that i went going lazy, i swear i will fix my self up. Will do my job. I know i did a huuge mistake with the grenade launcher, but, shit my stupid brain forgot it.

Summer 2006, i think. It was GrAsSmAsTer^B^ that promoted me (really old member, older than me)

Naahh, terror doesnt really likes how i am as Co-Leader, (think so :O) but hes still havin me.

I think you feel like you have to do all the work because the coleaders only cover a piece of the work. They recruit and they challenge. But the leader is still the one who is spoken to when members have fights. The leader leads the clanwars, the leader makes the tactics. The leader still decides wheter someone can join or not.. I think you do the challenges as well. The coleaders always ask the leader for help, if they don't, you will be mad at them because they didn't ask your opinion.

The members usually don't really listen to the co's. The way you get respect in the clan is by putting your foot down. If someone does something wrong twice, kick him. By something i mean the same thing twice.
The other members will see that they have to work to be in this clan. I've done some work with you and theres still a lot to be done mate. You need people to make sure the clan's rules don't get violated. Put the rules of the clan on this forum en make everybody read it.

I had my experience in H3LL and Raizen also knows what it's like to do all the work. Sneaky does a great job recruiting because that takes most of the time.

If you have any questions you can ask me, you know that. I have experience with leading a clan and i have had all kinds of problems.

Well, TerrorShoT- is ACTUALLY calling me 2nd leader.

DUDE for the LAST time when you really was a second leader i think are clan was MESSED UP so don't say that we have 1fucking leader and the rest are MEMBERS ORE CO OR whatever but 1 leader

What messed up? our clan never messed (almost) up only till that day u couldnt play coz u waited for 4-6 hours. You can ask terrorshot urself if im a 2nd leader or co.

lol a Co-Leader is a secound Leader....if im like long time off then i got Co Leaders what handle the clan so if i called staber 2th Leader i mean Co-Leader...
