i will play CoD 2night. hope that i see a bunch of you guys. can't stand learning the whole day and want to have some fun (maybe you unk can make it 2night?! i got myself some fruitpunches!! )
but i'm lookin' forward to see anybody of you

Uhm, I fitness from 5pm to 8.30 pm. I will try to make it faster today huh pop?

please tell me that you don't lift weights for over 3hours! if so, then you are doing completely wrong. don't lift weights for longer than one and a half hour! you don't need so much time to stimulate your muscles. lifting weights for 3hours isn't only bad for your muscles (cuz you overtrain them), it's also a waste of time. i'm lifting weights 3 times a week for one hour each time and that's completely enough!
if you are doing cardio (like running, cycling or so....) than it's ok, cuz with this you are not (or at least not very much) building up muscles, you are burning fat.

I do cardio as well ofcourse . 1hour - 1h30 powertraining and then 1h30 or cardio.

right now i'm in school learning...this will go on till monday.
on monday my FINAL EXAMS (yeah...) start at 7:00 am and i get the result at 1:00 pm.
that means:
*from monday on i will play like 24/7 to make up the time i lost while learning xD
*i will be drunk/celebrating all the time (hey..at least i'm out of school)
*on saturday our class (altair included) fly away to turkey, to celebrate and get drunk^^ for 7days

ahhh can't stand learning anymore...bothers me -.-

(whole posts count for altair too, only difference: altair's exam is on thursday pm)
